Rachel Dumka(Talthybius)- is very excited to be in her first Town Cow play. She has been performing in plays since 7th grade. Some of her favorite plays include Grapes of Wrath as Ruthie Joad and Was the Dinner Good, Dear Sister? as the Third Sister. She would like to thank her family for bringing her to practices and her Theater teacher for giving her the idea of auditioning for this show.

Beca Gates(Athena-Director/Producer)- began her stage life as a teen at Riverside Theater Works in Hyde Park, MA, where she worked for over twelve years. First on stage performing and then onto costumes and working as Sponsorship coordinator, there wasn’t any aspect she didn’t like. Beca first preformed with the Town Cow Theater in 2005 in Two Tales, and then in 2006 in Measure for Measure. By the end of the 2006 season she was hooked, she accepted the position of Managing Director and quickly realized this quaint theater among trees and bunnies was promising to be a big part of her life. In 2007 she was see in Wesley Jackson as well as Bacchus.

As Director/Producer she is truly proud of those who she shares the stage with and the growth she has seen is a reward in itself.

Sarah Klein (Andromache)- is entering her sophomore year at Hofstra University, in New York. She is pursuing a BFA in drama. She first started acting her freshman year at Chelmsford High School, where she did numerous productions. She has worked on both production and performance aspects of shows. She would like to thank the cast for being so great to work with. Love to family and friends, S, S, M.

Elan Riesman(Poseidon, Guard)- is enjoying his first time on the stage. He works as a software engineer for Mintera, a telecom company in Acton. He also enjoys Tai Chi, contra dancing and swimming.

Holly Payne-Strange(Helen)- is delighted to be part of this production of The Trojan Women. Holly has been acting on stage and on film for several years. Most recently she portrayed Sadako in A Thousand Cranes which played in NYC and at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival where Holly was nominated for a Total Theatre Award. Other favorite roles include Morse in One Flea Spare in which she toured over New England and was nominated for Best Actress in The N.H.T.A. and Josie in The Bog of Cats in Boston. The film Plague Year, where she played Elizabeth was nominated for an E.V.V.Y. award and she has been on many winning 48 hour film festival teams.

Cherry Zinger(Hecuba)- looks for variety in her stage life, having played roles as diverse as a god, a dog, a belly dancer, a memory, a wizard, a gift, a bag lady, Lizzie Borden, and the deposed queen of Troy.  Her favorite past roles include: Rosalind in “As You Like It”, Iago in “Othello”, Puck in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, Prospero in “The Tempest”, Blanche in “A Streetcar Named Desire”, Percy in “The Spitfire Grill”, Jesse in “’night, Mother”, Claudia in “Nuts” and the title role in “Sylvia”.  She enjoys the unique performer-audience relationship of outdoor theatre - mosquitoes, heat, rain, and car horns notwithstanding.

Viesia Novosielski has studied acting with Marcus Stern, Remo Airaldi and Bronia Wheeler at the American Repertory Theater in Cambridge. She also co-wrote and has acted over 80 times in The Dangers of Empathy, a performance piece about childhood mental illness and recovery.
