After years of working in local theaters I came across a small group that preformed outside, during the summer months, in a local park. Starting in this company as a performer and then adding costume designer to my plate, by the end of my second year I was asked to come on as Managing Director. That company showed me so many sides of what community theater could be and has helped create what The Dragonfly Theater is.

 

The Dragonfly Theater is a place to hone your skill, whether it is on stage, behind the scenes, or in the community. All are encouraged to soar.

 

The Dragonfly Theater is also a place that you can come, sit back on a beautiful summer evening with your entire family and watch some of the classics. We perform outside during the summer at various locations and welcome all to come. Seating is provided but feel free to bring a blanket or even a picnic.

 

Our shows are free of charge but not without cost so donations are very welcome. Additional information is available upon request.
